Director of Healthcare Information Management Christian Homes, Inc. is a senior living provider committed to providing excellent resident-focused services with options in skilled nursing, assisted living and independent living. We currently serve over 3,000 residents within our 13 communities throughout Illinois, Indiana, Iowa and Missouri. We seek a Director of Healthcare Information Management to be responsible for the review of documentation and submission via electronic or mail processes and EHR product support and development. The position will provide on call support for the company EHR software system as well as continued product development. The support and monitoring will be provided to 13 campuses in 4 states. Key Responsibilities: 1. EHR software support and continued assistance in Product development 2. Support Clinical team with field questions about the EHR software, including set up and configuration 3. Assist when needed with EHR training 4. Continued training and updating of current requirements for EHR software 5. Working knowledge of ADR process 6. Provide on call coverage for EHR software The qualified candidate must communicate effectively via verbal dialog and written media including the ability to communicate with commercial and governmental agencies. Must be adept in basic computer skills, MS Office programs, and basic knowledge of internet web based programs and email. Experience with EHR software required.
